Brady Arbitration Decision Upheld in Second Circuit

You have probably all heard this by now, but, just in case you didn’t, the Second Circuit upheld the arbitrator’s four game suspension of Tom Brady in the “Deflategate” scandal. The majority emphasized the importance of deferring to the arbitrator’s decision and that the arbitrator has broad discretion on both the substance of the decision and the procedural rulings that must be made during an arbitration hearing.
