Today and tomorrow, the Harvard Negotiation Law Review is hosting an enormous symposium exploring various aspects of Dispute Systems Design. My understanding is that they will be posting web-based video of at least some of the presentations, and I will post a link to those when they become available. I am sitting in the audience, and will be moderating one of the panels. I can’t begin to do justice to the content of the presentations, but I am hopeful that many of the presentations will eventually (at a pace typical of law journals, of course) make an appearance in print for public consumption. In the meantime, the symposium sponsors are hosting live blogging on the presentations, and if I am able to do so, I will post a link to those as well.
