The journal’s deadline, for submissions as I understand it, is January 11, and articles can be sent to submissions@cojcr.org. From an email I received earlier this evening from their Editor-in-Chief, I understand that they have a particular interest in articles discussion “practical applications of ADR, although anything is welcome.”

When will the journal be published?

We expect to print the issues in April or, by the latest, May. This really just depends on the amount of editing, bluebooking, and source checking each Article ends up requiring.
I should also note that the Spring Issue may be around 400 pages, which is another reason why the submission to publication process takes a significant amount of time.
