As I close up shop at the office (P&T committee work, check – dean search committee task, check – article draft done, check. . . . ok, almost check but should be done by noon tomorrow), I feel very thankful this year – more so than any year before because of health and family related items. However, other things to be thankful for come to mind as well. I am lucky to work in a field with great people who I both admire as scholars and as people. Another is connecting with you, the readers of this blog.
You are busy people and have plenty of better things with your time, and yet, here you are reading Indisputably again. I hope it’s because we provide:

- updates on the latest in ADR scholarship
- messages for ADR confernces and other events
- case updates and analysis, and
- an irreverent chuckle here and there.
