Cyberweek, hosted by the Werner Institute at Creighton University via www.adrhub.com, is an innovative, virtual conference to discuss various facets of the world of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) processes. Participation in this conference, as always, is free and is facilitated via discussion forums, webinars, and simulations of ODR tools and applications.
In celebration of Cyberweek, the Ethics Committee of the Section of Dispute Resolution is holding an essay contest regarding an ethical dilemma experienced during an online mediation. Submit an on-line analysis of the mediator’s performance, in 750 words or less, to Cyberweek Ethical Dilemma during Cyberweek, October 24-28th, 2011. Each submission will be read by two members of the Ethics Committee, scored, and the winning submission will receive $100.00 and will be published in an upcoming issue of the Sections eNewsletter Just Resolutions.
