Kudos to Oregon for WIP Conference

Many thanks to Michael Moffitt, Jane Gordon, and especially to Jen Reynolds for putting on a first-class ADR Works-in-Progress Conference this weekend. They were terrific hosts and the scholarly exchange was dynamic. I personally learned a great deal. I’m particularly grateful to Ran Kuttner for reading and commenting on my very rough draft of Leverage and Coercion in Negotiation. And congratulations to Ran and his colleagues at Creighton’s Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, who earned the honor of hosting next year’s WIP Conference. Oregon has set them a very high bar—one I have no doubt they will clear.

  1. I completely agree with Paul. Thank you to the great Oregon team for their hard work (especially Jen)! It was a wonderful few days with great conversations and interesting presentations. I also very much appreciated the feedback on my own work-in-progress.
