The folks at Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI) maintain a really helpful set of materials about bankruptcy mediation, including a regularly-issued Bankruptcy Mediation newsletter.
Bankruptcy has never been my field of mediation practice, but it makes great sense that we’re seeing a rise of bankruptcy mediation activities here and in Europe.
I suspect there are other helpful resources out there, and I’d be grateful to anyone who can share links on the topic.

It’s actually kind of a sad commentary on our economy.
There are a couple of law review symposium issues that address bankruptcy mediation. One is St. John’s American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. I think that issue was published pretty recently. The other will be a symposium issue of the Nevada Law Journal, coming out later this summer.
